Pro.Found Roofing has worked across the Niagara Region since 2016 — from single-slope repairs to full metal systems on custom builds. The work is the same either way: correct decking, correct underlayment, correct ventilation, correct flashing details.
We stay small on purpose. Jon quotes the job, runs the crew, and walks the finished roof with you. Nothing gets handed to a subcontractor you have never met, and nothing gets closed out until it holds up to inspection.

Asphalt Shingle
Architectural laminate systems from Owens Corning, GAF and Malarkey, installed as complete assemblies — starter, ice-and-water, synthetic underlayment, ridge ventilation — not just the shingle you can see.
Steel & Metal
Standing seam and exposed-fastener steel in the full Wise Line and Vicwest colour range. Panels ordered to length, custom bent flashing, and clean terminations at valleys, walls and skylights.
Flat & Low-Slope
Torch-on SBS and single-ply membrane over tapered insulation, with drainage corrected before the membrane goes down. Additions, garages, porches and full commercial decks.
Repairs & Leak Diagnosis
Chimney and wall flashing, skylight resealing, vent boots, storm damage and insurance documentation. We find where the water actually enters rather than patching where it lands.
Commercial & Multi-Unit
Phased replacement schedules that keep tenants working, condition reports for property managers, and maintenance programs with photographed annual inspections.
New Construction
Working alongside builders and architects from framing on, so ventilation, drainage and flashing details are resolved on paper before they become site problems.

Jon started Pro.Found Roofing in 2016 after years of watching good roofs go wrong for reasons that had nothing to do with materials. He quotes every job himself, works with the crew, and does the final walkthrough with the homeowner.
That means one point of contact from the first measurement to the last cleanup, and one name attached to the workmanship warranty. If something needs attention in year eight, you are calling the same person who installed it.
