Jon started Pro.Found Roofing in 2016 after years of watching good roofs go wrong for reasons that had nothing to do with materials — a skipped ventilation detail here, a subcontractor nobody could reach there. He built Pro.Found around the opposite idea: stay small, stay hands-on, and put one name behind every roof.
He quotes every job himself, works alongside the crew on site, and does the final walkthrough with the homeowner before calling it done. That means one point of contact from the first measurement to the last cleanup, and one name attached to the workmanship warranty.
If something needs attention years down the line, you are calling the same person who installed it — not a call centre, not a franchise office two provinces away.
