Tearing off an old roof sometimes uncovers more than expected — in this case, a fair amount of framing that needed to be repaired and plywood that needed replacing before any new shingles could go down.
The homeowners were renovating the entire property at the same time, and the new roof colour was picked to match — it's already looking like a completely different house.
