Prince Charles Condominium Re-Roof

Completed May 2025

A multi-unit flat roof replacement pushed through a stretch of wind and rain without losing schedule.

Flat commercial roofs on occupied buildings don't get the luxury of waiting for perfect weather. Between wind and rain, the crew kept the insulation and membrane moving forward in stages so the building was never left exposed overnight.

Torch-applied modified bitumen membrane over new insulation board, installed the way an occupied multi-unit building needs it done — in sequence, and buttoned up at the end of every shift.
